Pharmaceutical
Pharmaceutical-grade developments conceived under strict hygiene protocols to protect the stability of the formulation throughout its shelf life. They incorporate barrier properties against external agents such as moisture and light, ensuring a perfect fit with airtight closure systems and tamper-evident mechanisms that guarantee the safety of the contents and compliance with the regulations of the sector.
What a pharmaceutical container demands.
Batch traceability
Every run is identified by machine, mould, shift and resin batch. If the laboratory needs to trace a single unit two years later, the record is there.
Certified virgin material
The line runs on virgin HDPE, PET and PP from a qualified supplier, with a safety certificate per batch.
Neck finish tolerance
The 28, 33 and 38 mm neck finishes are checked piece by piece by sampling. The seal, and whether the filling line keeps running, depend on that measurement.
Advance notice of changes
Any change to the mould, resin or process is notified in writing before it is made, so the laboratory can decide whether to revalidate.
